WHO WE SERVE

Specific criteria must be met for those seeking to enter Home of the Sparrow shelters. The women must be:

• Homeless
• At least 18 years old
• Female, single, pregnant, or a single female parent with children
• Clean and sober for at least twelve months (if any previous substance abuse problem existed)
• Maintaining healthy control of any persistent mental health symptoms
• Willing to voluntarily agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Home of the Sparrow
• Free from the threat of violence and/or any pending criminal complaints
