Development Director

Home of the Sparrow, a well-established, grass roots organization, is looking for a motivated and talented candidate who has experience in grant writing (government, foundations and corporations), fundraising, and development.  Capital campaign experience a plus! 

Candidate should have 3+ years of supervisory know-how to lead the Development Team.  Position reports to the Executive Director and sits on the agency’s Management Team.  Bachelors Degree required; Masters degree preferred.  Must possess excellent writing and communication skills.  Must be competent with computers, the Internet, MS Office, and donor software databases.  Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. 

Salary range:  $45,000 - $56,645 DOQ, DOE.
